Architecture Biennale: The Concept of Intelligence

From May 10 to November 23, 2025, Venice will host the 19th International Architecture Exhibition, curated by Carlo Ratti and titled "Intelligens. Naturale. Artificiale. Collettiva." This edition will explore the concept of intelligence in all its forms, not only artificial intelligence but also natural and social intelligence, as indicated by the Latin word "intelligens".

A focus on the climate crisis

The Architecture Biennale 2025 will concentrate on how architecture can address environmental degradation and greenhouse gas emissions. The exhibition will integrate disciplines such as art, engineering, biology, data science, and social policy, seeking concrete solutions for the climate crisis. The main venues of the event will be the Gardens, the Arsenal, and other areas of Venice, offering a multidisciplinary perspective on how architecture can be a positive force for the future of our planet.
